RETURN POLICY
The following return policy applies to products purchased on the JOGO website (hereinafter referred to as The Site).
Our return policy applies to products that have been purchased on The Site within a maximum period of 30 calendar days. After 30 calendar days from your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To exercise your right to return or exchange a product, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered, with its original packaging and labels.
Intimate or underwear, damaged, used, washed, or modified products are exempt from return.
To complete your return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCEDURE

You must send us an email to marketing@jogo.com.co, with the following information: Name of the person who made the purchase, type and identification number, mailing address, email for notifications, copy of purchase invoice, and you must also inform us how you would like us to process the return, either by replacing the product or by receiving a refund of your money with the relevant bank information for the refund. If you are in the city where our main office operates (Medellín-Colombia) and wish to receive a cash refund for your purchase, you must go to Bodegas Olaya, Carrera 52 # 14-200 Local 103, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, once the return has been approved.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time for your product exchange may vary according to your provided address.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 calendar days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the product exchange or refund will be processed within the following 7 calendar days, according to your preference stated in the previous point via email.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the consumer statute in Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011: "In all contracts for the sale of goods and provision of services through financing systems granted by the producer or supplier, timeshare sales or sales that use non-traditional or distance methods, which by their nature should not be consumed or have not begun to be executed within five (5) days, the right of withdrawal by the consumer will be understood to be agreed upon. In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the contract will be terminated, and the money that the consumer had paid must be refunded.
The consumer must return the product to the producer or supplier by the same means and in the same conditions in which it was received. The transportation costs and any others incurred in the return of the good will be covered by the consumer.
The maximum period to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days counted from the delivery of the good or the conclusion of the contract in the case of service provision.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
